Sena obtained her LLB (Hons.) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of  Science and Technology and also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex (U.K). She is qualified to practice law in Ghana.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an Associate at Kulendi@Law, where she acquired a variety of skills and knowledge in Land and Estate matters, Civil Litigation, drafting and reviewing Commercial Agreements, Family Law, Criminal Practice, Labour Law, Insurance claims, debt/loan recovery and Administration of Estates etc.

Sena has a particular interest in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, International Commercial Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution





Kenneth is qualified to practice law in Ghana and has advised on corporate and commercial transactions with a particular interest in corporate finance, capital market transactions and aspects of international sale of goods. Kenneth has a background in both law and real estate management. He studied for his degree in Land Economy at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana where he graduated top of his class with First Class Honours.

Kenneth has a Masters of Laws degree (Corporate and Commercial Law) from the London School of Economics and Political Science where he was the maiden recipient of Tullow Oil John Atta Mills Scholarship. Kenneth is a lecturer at Lancaster University Ghana where he teaches Company and Commercial Law and is also Department Co-ordinator for the Law Programme.
